Job Description
This position supports automotive dealerships with inbound service appointment calls in our Aurora office. This is not a work-from-home role.
We are seeking an individual with strong phone skills and a customer-first attitude to join our BDC department. Previous phone or dealership/automotive experience (rental car agency, reception, appointment booking) is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Being reliable and dependable is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will:
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments directly into dealer systems
- Update client information accurately
- Manage tire storage records
- Check recalls and follow dealership parameters
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Proficient with computers and keyboarding
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask effectively and work with a team
- Previous automotive, dealership, Toyota experience is an asset
