Shipping, Receiving & Order Processing Clerk
Dimar Canada is looking for a motivated Customer Service & Order Processing Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn, develop new skills, and grow your career in supply chain operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage shipments, pickups, and deliveries with vendors and carriers.
- Maintain customer accounts in our ERP system.
- Track and report shipment issues to management.
- Assist with reports and other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to take initiative.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; associate degree a plus but not required.
This is a junior-level role with full training provided.
