Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquiries via phone, emails and online appointments
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
Be efficient. Handle call volumes knowledgeably providing excellent service every time
Create appointments for guests based on their time, location preference and vehicle maintenance requirements/recommendations
Follow up with customers, aligned with standard operating procedures and call quality handling, to completion
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with proficiency, confidence and sincerity
Be able to soft sell in a customer service environment with a smile
Ability to multitask between multiple computer programs while engaging with the guest
Consistently maintain performance-related requirements including but not limited to, average handle time, attendance, quality assurance, and appointments
High School Diploma or equivalent
Automotive Service background preferred
Customer Service background required
Call Center background preferred
