Description
At FIG Solar, the Business Development Representative champions the customer experience. This entry-level role calls for someone who thrives on connection, radiates positive energy, and genuinely cares about people. As our BDR, you’ll follow up with clients after installations and ensure every customer feels informed, supported, and appreciated. You’ll help manage our marketing presence and represent FIG both online and in the community. You’ll also assist with industry-specific technical tasks like solar design to build your own technical knowledge and support our team and customers even better.
What You’ll Do
Conduct post-install follow-ups, solar walkthroughs, and complete client satisfaction surveys
Represent FIG Solar online and at industry events and community gatherings
Support marketing efforts (social media posts, lawn signs, door hangers, etc.)
Assist with basic solar system design and application processing
Qualifications
A 3 or 4-year university degree, or a college diploma with equivalent work experience
Exceptional communication skills; warm, clear, and confident with all kinds of people
Highly organized and proactive; able to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Interest in clean energy and a desire to contribute to a growing mission-driven team
Knowledge of French is an asset but not mandatory
