We are currently seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team and support the strategic expansion of our Chemistry & Phytochemical Services division.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Business Development Associate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting overall revenue growth. This position is ideal for professionals with strong business acumen and a background or interest in pharmaceutical and chemical services.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and chemistry sectors. Develop strategic growth plans to increase market share for ARSI’s Chemistry Services.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Proposal & Sales Support:
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts. Support negotiations and secure win-win deals.
Networking & Representation:
Represent ARSI at industry events, conferences, and seminars. Develop and maintain a strong professional network.
Revenue Targets & Reporting:
Meet or exceed revenue goals. Provide regular updates on sales performance and key metrics.
Client Feedback & Improvement:
Gather insights from clients to enhance services and inform future business strategies.
