Provincial Chrysler, is looking for a dedicated and results-driven BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
As part of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Handle all inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Appointment Scheduling: Proactively schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Lead Management: Work closely with the service team to follow up on inquiries, and customer requests.
- Customer Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- CRM & Data Entry: Accurately maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers by providing information on vehicle services, promotions, and dealership offerings.
- Other Duties: Support dealership operations with additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a BDC role, call center, or customer service environment (automotive industry experience is a strong asset).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently when needed.
