We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office operations, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Handling our direct phone lines
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and staff
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation and communication
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information within the office environment
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with customer service principles and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
