We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Administrative Assistant who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support our client onboarding and account management efforts. This role is essential for ensuring new clients have a smooth and positive experience on our platform from day one.

Key Responsibilities

-Make onboard meetings and calls to new clients to welcome them, explain platform features, guide them through the onboarding process and answer functional questions.

-Follow up with newly registered accounts to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.

-Maintain accurate client notes and records, and track follow-up activities in our CRM system.

-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client experiences across operations, dispatch, and billing.

-Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and appointment scheduling.

-Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills (spoken and written).

-Detail-oriented: Catches small errors, follows procedures carefully, and keeps organized records.

-People-focused: Comfortable on online meetings and phone and enjoys helping customers feel supported and confident.

-Fast learner: Open to learning about new tools, systems, and procedures quickly and effectively.

Team player: Willing to support other areas of the business and collaborate across teams.
