Job Title: Accounting Clerk

THE POSITION: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Equipment Deals for Sales (Posting)
- Process and manage Inventory Payables
- Verify and reconcile inventories
- Prepare various adjusting entries to the general ledger
- Monthly reconciliations
- Miscellaneous accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role (1 – 5 Years)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting is a plus
- Post-secondary accounting degree would be considered an asset.
- Previous dealership experience is an asset but not a requirement.
