Responsibilities will include loading and unloading of equipment, operation of pump trucks as required, and washing and preparing equipment for sale or rental. Some weekend and after-hours work may be required as business conditions may dictate, especially during the busy season. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
* Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
* General yard, facility, and machine cleaning & maintenance
* Set up / maintain the yard in a clean, organized manner
* Scaffolding, picking orders, loading products, etc.
* Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times
* Experience boosting and starting equipment with dead batteries
* Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
* Superior customer service, willing and able to provide this to each customer
* Diligent attention to safety
* A valid driver's license
* High School Diploma or equivalency
* 2 Years of experience with equipment like forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude
* Ability to frequently lift items up to 40 lbs
* Ability to work effectively in all weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
