With over a decade of experience in providing top-brand aerial lift and material handling equipment for rent in Atlantic Canada, we are excited to be adding to our team. We are currently looking to hire our next great team member for the position of Yard Coordinator located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Help to load and unload internal truck drivers, outside haulers and customers.
- Clean, maintain, and organize heavy equipment, construction equipment and various pieces of machinery.
- Fuel equipment as it returns from rent
- Clean and inspect equipment upon return from rental to ensure it meets company standards for appearance and readiness
- Review orders and stage equipment for drivers.
- Maintain and clean and organized yard and work area.
- Observe safety rules and regulations at customer job sites, facilities and other Brunswick Lift Rentals related facilities.
- Other duties as deemed appropriate and necessary by supervisor.
Skills Required:
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management skills.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor others.
- Commitment to following safe work procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
