Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Furniture Builder / Woodworker to join our team in crafting high-quality custom tables and furniture. The ideal candidate is passionate about woodworking, detail-oriented, and confident working with a variety of tools and materials—including hardwoods, epoxy resins, and CNC equipment. This role involves bringing creative designs to life while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct, assemble, and finish custom furniture pieces to specification
- Work with a variety of materials including hardwoods, epoxy, and metal components
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow design drawings and collaborate on production improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Meet project deadlines while upholding quality standards
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of woodworking experience, with at least 2 years specifically in furniture making
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and material selection
- CNC machine experience is strongly recommended
- Familiarity with epoxy resin applications is an asset
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret design specs
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training or education in woodworking or carpentry
- Previous experience working with epoxy resins
- Experience in a small shop or custom furniture studio environment
- Portfolio of completed woodworking projects is required (please include with your application)

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
