Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating various types of heavy machinery, mainly front end loaders, and large tractors, both with large HLA snow blades. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment on commercial sites. The Equipment Operator will work closely with other team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with loaders and tractors.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is a plus.
- Experience in snow removal industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
