Job Overview:
As an Order Picker/Packer at our insulation company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of insulation materials for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Packing:
- Accurately pick and pack insulation materials (batts, rolls, foam boards, loose-fill) based on customer orders.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipment.
- Label, wrap, and secure orders for safe transport to job sites.
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow proper handling procedures for fiberglass, mineral wool, and other insulation materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Work closely with warehouse team and delivery drivers to meet daily shipping goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions from supervisors.
Punctual and responsible.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.12-$25.94 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
