Who We Are
Small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones, are proliferating at an unprecedented pace, bringing with them new risks to public safety and critical infrastructure. Power plants, prisons, borders, and other essential facilities are increasingly exposed to threats from these low-cost, highly agile platforms.
At Skycope, our mission is to address the small drone challenge—protecting Canadians and visitors alike from both careless and malicious drone activity. We are a proudly Canadian company, designing and developing advanced radio frequency (RF) spectrum sensing solutions, encompassing both hardware and software. Our state-of-the-art sensors detect and track drones and their remote controllers, determine their direction and location, and classify and identify the threats they pose.
The four pillars in Skycope products are being data-driven, development of cutting edge signal processing technologies, continuous innovation in RF artificial-intelligence (AI), and countless real world experiments. Through these pillars, Skycope delivers reliable, mission-grade technology to secure the skies against emerging drone threats.
