We are looking for an passionate Administrator to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update inventory data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts and audits.
- Generate routine inventory and shipping reports for management.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to ensure timely product flow.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all warehouse documentation.
Requirements
- College diploma or higher—Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
- Mandarin is a Must
