ABOUT THE POSITION:
ECCO is actively looking for a committed Warehouse Supervisor to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the efficient management and enhancement of our distribution center's warehouse operations, ensuring optimal productivity and standards of work. Your duties will include overseeing inventory and leading warehouse staff, executing all responsibilities with efficiency, accuracy, and utmost professionalism. · Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure onboarding, training, mentorship, and performance metrics are provided
· Review, propose, and implement improvements to current methods and procedures to increase productivity
· Determine, monitor and improve warehouse KPI’s such as shipment accuracy, inventory turnover storage productivity, and product workflow.
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
· Post-Secondary Education an asset
· Candidate must be able to demonstrate accreditation pertaining to principals of Lean implementation and management while also having a practical working knowledge of such
· Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse supervisory capacity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
