We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, such as receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes to ensure inventory accuracy and organization
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock rotation
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
Experience:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, etc.
- Experience with heavy lifting and handling various packages
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution systems
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
