We’re looking for a reliable, diligent and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in efficient handling, processing, and organization of inventory. This hands-on position involves operating a forklift and reach truck, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all warehouse functions are executed safely and effectively, reporting directly to the warehouse operations manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate forklift and reach truck to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
· Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to meet delivery timelines.
· Verify shipment contents against documentation to ensure accuracy.
· Use the warehouse management system for inventory tracking, bin stock updates, and pallet rack storage.
· Participate in routine inventory counts and audits.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
· Follow preventative maintenance procedures for equipment.
· Strictly follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
· Assist in managing warehouse supplies and maintaining accurate location charts.
Qualifications:
· Recent experience in a warehouse environment.
· Experience in operating a forklift (valid forklift certification required)
. Reach truck experience is essential.
· Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Ability to quickly learn new warehouse software systems.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
