Pay: $14.82-$20.63 Hourly

Mon–Fri: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Mint Health + Drugs seeks a Front Store Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. - Perform cashier/front store duties
- Merchandising/displaying products in the front store.
- Receiving and replenishing inventory in the front store.
- Maintains high quality service program standards and ensures positive relationships with patients, customers and vendors.
- Effectively communicates relevant information to Front Store manager, such as stock and display issues.
- Works with Front Store Manager to implement loss prevention measures.
- May order stock when requested and when approved by Front Store Manager.
- Provide customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and processing transactions. Also, assist customers with prescription pick ups.
- Document and maintain accurate records.
- Inventory checks and duties as assigned.
- Administrative tasks such as answering phones and filing papers daily and weekly housekeeping; maintaining clean all work and rest areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clear communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medications is an asset
- Experience with Kroll software is an asset
- Ability to adhere to regulatory compliance
