Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Front Desk Associate to be the face of KHEL. You’ll play a vital role in customer service, facility coordination, and program support. If you're friendly, tech-savvy, and love sports — this is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and members
- Handle phone/email/WhatsApp enquiries professionally
- Maintain and update customer accounts, bookings, and attendance
- Assist in managing kids/adults training programs and drop-ins
- Coordinate with coaches and handle registrations efficiently
- Create and edit promotional videos and social media posters
- Ensure the front desk area and facility remain clean and organized
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Provide support during tournaments and special events
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar for poster/video editing
- Basic familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and email platforms
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working in a sports environment
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus
- Passion for sports and working with families is a bonus
Schedule:
- Flexible hours, including weekday evenings and weekends
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
