Description
- Make outbound calls to homeowners in targeted areas
- Qualify leads by gathering required information, including: monthly electric bill amount, property ownership status and credit score range
- Schedule follow-up calls for interested and qualified leads
- Accurately document lead information in Google Sheets
- Build rapport with potential customers and explain the benefits of solar
- Answer questions and address initial objections professionally and clearly
- Follow scripts and call flows provided by the client
- Maintain organized lead trackers and call logs using Google Docs/Sheets
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports
- Assist in refining outreach strategy based on call results and feedback
Hard Requirements:
- At least 2 years of outbound calling or sales experience, ideally in lead generation or solar
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections on the phone
- Detail-oriented and organized with solid administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and meet daily outreach goals
Schedule:
- 40 Hours/Week
- Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Eastern Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
- $4-$5USD/hour
