Position Summary:
The role of Marketing Lead Generation Specialist is about generating interest among potential customers by asking good questions, giving informative answers, identifying customer needs, and building trust in our brand and our solutions. The Lead Gen Specialist identifies and develops new business prospects from incoming marketing leads, outbound call campaigns, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. It is not about selling products, - we have salespeople for that. The right person for this role is motivated, able to work independently, committed to achieving targets, and knows how to build rapport. They are patient, not pushy; intuitive, not intimidating; authentic, not over-the-top.
Essential Functions:

Lead Generation Activities: Drive both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, including cold calling. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Inbound Lead Coordination:
- Manage inbound lead calls and emails to the Marketing team, ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner.
- Qualify all inbound leads to ensure Sales team is armed with all relevant contact information and prospect needs
- Assign all inbound leads to appropriate reps based on territory
- Maintain Sales territory lists for Lead Gen assignments

Outbound Prospecting
- Generate new business through outbound call campaigns, mass communication and digital marketing to discover prospects within the target market
- Follow-up on leads and qualify them for further action by the Sales team
- Maintain and manage your own Nurture pipeline in partnership with the Sales team to drive Sales
- Work to help grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly and annual revenue goals

Prospect Nurturing Program
- Build and maintain a continuous list of nurture prospects from call out, leads returned from Sales and closed lost opportunities
- Maintain timely and consistent follow-ups with prospects through email and phone to build relationship and keep leads engaged. Determine when they are sales ready
- Track all interactions and touchpoints within the CRM system to ensure accurate records, notes, and follow-up timing.

Tracking and Reporting
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
- Collect and record market intel to create informative databases
- Prepare and produce reports on qualified leads, as well as prospecting efforts on a weekly basis.

Inbound Lead Coordination:
Additional Duties: Support Lead Generation with the following:-
List production:
- produce and maintain prospect lists for all mail campaigns, as assigned ensuring they are completed on time
- Regularly update and refine lists based on campaign needs.
- Research and build lists based on market research for new campaign segments

Campaign Coordination:
- Schedule all outbound fax campaigns, keeping in mind timing
- Maintain blocking Chart of campaigns in market to track response rates
- Produce reports as requested by Snr Demand Gen Manager and Sales
- Assist with QA on all marketing materials/emails/lists and mailers
- Produce weekly and periodic lead updates for team when manager is away

Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) with a focus on Excel
- Excellent phone skills and client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of sales and marketing
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
- Understanding of sales cycle and importance of the sales pipeline
- Understanding of physician workflows and the clinic environment is an asset
- Understanding of email marketing software is an asset
