Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated driver with a class 1 license with air endorsement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a class 1 vehicle and performing labour related to parking lot/street maintenance and repairs, snow hauling (in the winter), construction and excavation projects. Additionally you will be responsible for hauling and driving duties including hauling material and transporting equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with equipment such as tandem trucks, water trucks, hauling end-dump trailers, using hand tools and heavy lifting. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Hauling equipment and/or material to and from job sites.
- Sweeping/cleaning parking lots, hauling snow, asphalt, gravel, etc.
- Operate equipment including: backpack blowers, masonry saws, compactors.
- Irrigating work areas, sanding parking lots.
- Equipment maintenance and organization.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Canada without restrictions.
- Clear driver's abstract with no at-fault accidents in the last year.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as backhoes, loaders, street sweepers, and other related equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Valid class 1 license with air brake endorsement.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Available to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety regulations.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
