Schedule Type: 30 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours.
Salary: $47 per hour
Established in 1971, this formidable sports complex offers its members 20 tennis courts and a sports center of over 10,000 square feet, located just minutes from downtown Montreal and the South Shore. You will find a team of professionals passionate and fully dedicated to its members.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Tennis Coach to join our team. As a coach for both the Club and the Academy, you will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions tailored to the goals and needs of our tennis members.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning training sessions and competition calendars for participating athletes
Overseeing the execution of training plans on the court while supervising a team of coaches
Customizing training programs to maximize each athlete’s potential
Preparing and accompanying athletes during tournaments
Analyzing athlete performance and identifying areas for improvement
Actively participating in the recruitment and evaluation of athletes interested in joining the Academy

Qualifications and Skills:
Tennis Canada certification (Level 3 or 4, equivalent, or in progress)
Member of the Tennis Professionals Association
High-level tennis playing background
Experience in developing high-performance junior athletes
Experience in managing and delivering tennis club programs
Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
Experience in training and mentoring tennis coaches
Tennis officiating experience is an asset
Minimum of 12 years in a similar role
Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is required for this position, as we serve an international clientele.
