We are currently hiring for a Tennis Concierge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
May include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional, energetic service to all members and guests to ensure they have a remarkable experience.
- Welcome and thank each player upon arrival and departure.
- Prepare and maintain the clay courts.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the Tennis Centre.
- Monitoring and educating players regarding court booking rules and regulations.
- Collecting any payments, Guest fees, Ball Machine rental, ball purchases, lesson fees.
- Check in each player as they arrive to play.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Standing & Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (50-80% of the time).
- Lifting: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry tennis equipment, and supplies.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in tennis as a player with a basic knowledge of the game.
- A love for the game and experience in the tennis industry considered an asset.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and willingness to work and assist in all aspects of tennis operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude are a MUST.
- Detail oriented, extremely organized and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license required.
This is a year-round position beginning as soon as possible, 16 to 40 hours per week

The Bear Mountain Tennis Centre (BMTC) offers eight red clay courts organized in two sets of four court modules and the recently added Bear Mountain Activity Centre (BMAC) rounds out the amenity offerings. The day-to-day environment within the resort community is highly animated with guests, tennis, golf and BMAC members along with residents and vacationers using the amenities as a hub for socializing and relaxing.
