Gochiso Foods Inc., part of the Mahana Group, operates two Japanese restaurants: Mahana North Vancouver and Mahana Kyoto. Mahana North Vancouver is seeking a team player for a supportive role alongside the owner chef, in collaboration with the group’s Executive Chef.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize all ingredients according to the menus established by the head chef.
- Maintain an organized kitchen to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Welcome guests with a warm and respectful Omotenashi spirit, embodying genuine hospitality.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional and memorable dining experience.
- Follow the executive chef's guidance to uphold the highest standards of authentic Japanese cuisine.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
