Fishbone By The Lake is regarded as one of the Best Patios in the GTA
Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labor Cost Management.
Base Salary, Bonus structure, Cell Phone allowance
This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly
