Our front of house host staff play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our esteemed guests. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations. As a member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, helping with dinner service, bringing water or clearing plates, being part of a great team! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be interacting closely with guests and collaborating with other team members.
Prior experience in a high-end restaurant or upscale dining environment is preferred, along with a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and service standards. We value attention to detail, a friendly and approachable demeanour, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
