What You’ll Do
- Own the deal – Take transactions from initial client contact through funding, with full responsibility and autonomy.
- Communicate with impact – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and banks.
- Negotiate like a pro – Structure competitive, compliant deals that meet client needs and partner expectations.
- Deliver results – Work independently without micromanagement, and be accountable for your pipeline.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in subprime finance, lending, or related fields (auto, mortgage, equipment, personal loans, etc.).
- Strong understanding of deal structuring, underwriting, and lender guidelines.
- Exceptional communication skills — with clients and financial institutions alike.
- Self-motivation, discipline, and the hunger to succeed.
- The ability to thrive without constant oversight while delivering consistent results.
