THE ROLE
As a Recreational Vehicle/Powersports Service Technician, you’ll bring your hands-on skills and technical know-how to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize a range of exciting vehicles and equipment. If you're comfortable with both a wrench and a laptop, love solving mechanical mysteries, and enjoy a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and overhaul 2-stroke & 4-stroke engines on ATVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes, street bikes, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft.
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tune-ups, valve adjustments, drive-belt & chain service, coolant flushes, and winterizations.
- Assemble, adjust, and repair mechanical and electrical system parts.
- Complete PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) on new units and install accessories.
- Keep the area organized, stocked, and compliant with OSH safety standards.
- Deliver right-first-time to provide our customers with top-notch service.
What You'll Need
Must-Have
- Certified Small Engine, Motorcycle, Powersports, or Automotive Service Technician.
- 1+ years proven small-engine or powersports repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive attitude, courteous demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Nice-to-Have
- OEM certifications (BRP, Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, KTM, etc.)
- Experience with watercraft jet-pump service
- Welding & fabrication skills
- Snowmobile CVT & clutch tuning knowledge
