Cleopatra’s Rituals is a growing luxury spa in Kelowna offering unique thermal and ritual-based treatments. We’re looking for a well-rounded team member who can confidently perform treatments and also lead front desk and guest experience duties.

What You’ll Do
- Provide spa treatments such as facials, body rituals, and relaxation massage and more
- Greet guests, manage check-ins, bookings, and respond to inquiries
- Support retail sales and educate guests on products and services
- Help keep the spa clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout the day
- Be a key part of delivering excellent guest care from arrival to departure

Who You Are
- A certified esthetician or spa practitioner with strong front-of-house and guest care skills
- Confidently delivering 60–75 minute services consistently and professionally
- Comfortable with multitasking and switching between front desk and treatment roles
- 2+ years of spa service experience required
- Friendly, organized, dependable, and works well in a team
- Passionate about wellness, growth, and being part of something new and meaningful
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs (for room setup and general duties)
