This role is perfect for someone who loves the spa industry and enjoys helping others. This is a part-time/casual position, ideal for someone available to work 1–2 shifts per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling, greet guests warmly, and assist with any inquiries to ensure a seamless spa experience.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients by providing information about our services, promoting products, and handling client check-ins and check-outs.
- Team Support: Collaborate closely with our estheticians and therapists, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our range of products to effectively answer guest questions and recommend products.
- Spa Environment Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, serene, and welcoming environment by keeping common areas and workspaces tidy and organized while also assisting with laundry.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A genuine interest in wellness and a commitment to exceptional service.
