Our Company is looking for people who are passionate about the industry, ambitious, want to learn and grow, take initiative and think outside the box. We are excited to expand our client care team and are looking for a Full-Time Coordinator.
The coordinator plays a key role in creating the elevated experience for our clients by building relationships to individualize our services, optimize bookings through careful management of our systems, thoughtfully working through all situations with exceptional communication, and bringing welcoming vibes to everyone we connect with.
The ideal candidate is someone who would like to continue their career growth in coordinating, takes initiative to grow and develop in their role and within the company, has at least 3 years in customer service and/or sales environments, understands social media, is tech/software savvy, and passionate about empowering others to feel their best.
This role is full-time, and includes evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate spa appointments and services for customers.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and payments.
- Provide information about spa services, products, and packages to customers.
- Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies.
- Ensure all spa services are performed in a timely manner.
