Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, check-outs, and payment transactions
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle confidential information with discretion
- Answer phone calls email inquiries
- Provide information on services and products
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain organized files and records
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Sales experience is desirable
