Job Summary
Platinum Automotive Group — one of Canada’s premier luxury automotive dealerships — is seeking a creative, AI-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing and e-commerce team. This is not a standard social media role — we are looking for a forward-thinking strategist who is equally passionate about the luxury automotive lifestyle and cutting-edge AI technology.
In addition to managing our dealership’s high-end brand presence, you will play a key role in growing our e-commerce division, which specializes in selling premium performance parts and accessories through our online store. You will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that not only promote our luxury vehicles but also drive online sales, customer engagement, and repeat business for our performance parts business.
This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and data-driven decision-making to integrate AI into every stage of our marketing and e-commerce workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms, with a focus on both luxury vehicle branding and performance parts sales.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Runway, Synthesia) to automate workflows, personalize campaigns, and optimize ad targeting for maximum ROI.
- Create engaging, conversion-focused content that appeals to high-end car enthusiasts, luxury buyers, and performance parts customers.
- Implement SEO and keyword strategies to boost organic traffic to our dealership website and online store.
- Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity using advanced social listening and AI analytics tools.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive qualified leads and online sales.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually striking creative assets for both dealership and e-commerce promotions.
- Capture and edit high-quality photography and video content — including AI-enhanced visuals — for use in marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to expand reach in both luxury and performance markets.
- Oversee content calendars and ensure all messaging aligns with Platinum Automotive Group’s premium branding standards.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and AI data platforms.
Requirements
- Proven track record in social media management and digital marketing, with experience driving measurable growth in both brand awareness and e-commerce sales.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools for marketing, content creation, ad optimization, and e-commerce automation.
- Experience in the luxury, automotive, or performance parts sector is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of public relations, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; video editing skills a plus.
- Strong SEO, keyword research, and web analytics experience.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining premium brand standards.
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-team collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail with exceptional proofreading and brand consistency.
- Adaptability to evolving trends, particularly in AI and e-commerce marketing
