Endy is looking for a Social Media Content Specialist who can do it all — from owning our social strategy to being the warm, welcoming face of our brand. You’ll be the driving force behind how Endy shows up across platforms: engaging our community, sharing stories, creating moments, and sparking conversations that Canadians want to be part of.
This role is part strategist, part community-builder, and part on-camera talent. You’re someone who lives and breathes the social landscape, has a creator mindset, and thrives on bringing ideas to life in creative and measurable ways. You have a strong POV, a collaborative spirit, and a hunger to help shape the future of Endy’s brand voice.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Be the face of Endy: Represent the brand with confidence and authenticity on-camera across video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and execute a dynamic organic social strategy that drives growth, engagement, and brand equity across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, and more
- Take ownership of creator-style content: ideate, plan, script, and shoot (editing support provided by our creative team)
- Manage creator takeovers and collaborations with influencers, ambassadors, and brand partners
- Stay plugged in to social trends and audit competitors to inform our positioning and content evolution
- Craft compelling copy and captions with a sharp voice tailored to each platform
- Be obsessed with the comment section: monitor, engage, and flag meaningful insights that inform future content and ads
- Help grow Endy’s YouTube presence with smart storytelling, SEO-friendly tactics, and engaging video ideas
- Create a content calendar for all social channels
- Collaborate with the Growth team to ideate and iterate on organic and paid social content for performance marketing
- Lead social listening: stay on top of emerging cultural conversations and help Endy join them authentically
- Support Reddit and Quora strategy with timely, relevant content and community engagement
- Report on key metrics and distill learnings into actionable insights
- Partner with PR, Creative, and People teams to support broader brand and employer brand storytellin
Qualifications and experience we like to see:
- University or College Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- 1-3 years of social media, content creation, or brand marketing experience
- Experience growing a social presence from the ground up (for a brand, personal account, or startup)
- Warm and camera-ready with strong on-screen presence — you enjoy performing, storytelling, and connecting with people
- Comfortable producing creator-style content independently, even if you don’t edit yourself
- Deep knowledge of influencer marketing and what makes creators resonate
- Obsessed with trends, comments, and what’s working — on TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and more
- Passionate about testing content, reacting in real time, and growing with your audience
- Creative thinker with a strategic lens; you're analytical and grounded in performance
- Comfortable taking feedback and collaborating across disciplines
- Excellent written communication and platform-specific copywriting skills
- Visual eye with working knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or similar platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in collaborative and fast pace environment where attention to detail and meeting timelines is critical
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and listening tools is a definite asset (ie., Later and Meltwater)
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset
