SOCIAL MEDIA / CONTENT CREATOR
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and passionate social media content creator to join our team full-time! We need someone who experienced in shooting high- quality content, is proficient in online editing software, and skilled in using drones to capture dynamic, aerial shots. Your mission will be to create engaging video and photo content that tells our brand's story on Instagram and TikTok, bringing fresh, high-energy visuals to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Filming on-site video and photo content across various settings (business shoots, product shoots, behind-the-scenes, marketing videos).
- Capturing dynamic aerial footage using drones to elevate our content.
- Editing all video and photo content with creative flair — adding effects, transitions, color grading, music syncing, and dynamic storytelling elements.
- Building out short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) optimized for social media.
- Collaborating with our team on content ideas, shoot schedules, and post-production edits.
- Managing multiple projects while meeting weekly deadlines.
- Working remotely for editing — edit from wherever you’re most creative!
Requirements:
- Proficient in online editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Experience shooting content for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera techniques.
- Experience with drone operation and aerial videography.
- 1-2 years hands-on shooting and editing experience.
- Own professional equipment (camera, stabilizer, lights, audio gear, drone, editing laptop/software).
- Solid understanding of modern editing styles, visual trends, effects, and transitions.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring ideas to life visually.
- Creative problem solver — someone who can adapt on the fly during shoots if needed.
- Organized and deadline-driven — occasional extra hours may be required around project deadlines (this is a salaried role). 24 hour turnaround on videos.
- Access to a personal vehicle is recommended, as shoots will be on-location (GTA and surrounding area).
- Must be available to start immediately.
The Details:
- Full-Time Salary: $3,000/month (Equivalent to about $18.75/hr based on a 40-hour week, although additional hours may occasionally be required to meet production deadlines — overtime will be provided).
- Shoots are on location (GTA and surrounding area).
- Editing can be done remotely from wherever you work best.
