About the role
We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Ambassador/Specialist to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our socials and strengthen our brand. Uride is on a mission to make transportation more accessible, affordable, and reliable. We’re seeking a Social Media & Brand Ambassador/Specialist to manage brand visibility on social media and represent the brand personally to build trust and engagement.
What you'll do
- Create and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, and other platforms based on current trends and best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content and channels while supporting the evolution of the Uride brand identity.
- Support local events, partnerships, and community activations as a public-facing brand ambassador.
- Draft press releases and collaborate on media stories to boost brand visibility and perception.
- Monitor Uride’s online presence and respond promptly to customer and media inquiries.
- Coordinate and execute social media campaigns and initiatives to engage audiences and build community.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content and campaign effectiveness through reports and presentations summarizing marketing initiatives and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand and marketing strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset for producing engaging content.
- Basic design/video editing skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Passion for the brand and ability to convey it authentically.
