We are seeking a data-driven, guest-obsessed Global Paid Media Manager to lead Pursuit’s demand generation with a key focus on digital and traditional advertising. This role will manage external paid media and creative agencies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and deliver measurable ROI.
This pivotal role is responsible for connecting our local teams and plans to global strategies and agencies. While external agencies will handle media strategy, tactical execution and optimization, you’ll be the internal owner of paid media— responsible for evaluating recommendations, aligning efforts with business goals, and ensuring paid media and performance marketing initiatives are directly contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in performance and paid media marketing and a deep understanding of how to connect data, creativity, and analytics to meet revenue targets and grow a global house of brands.

- Serve as the internal lead for paid media campaigns, working closely with external agencies to manage strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Collaborate with geography marketing teams to define annual advertising calendar, develop seasonal ad briefs and ensure strategy alignment to business goals.
- Leverage customer data and first-party insights to inform targeting and campaign segmentation.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and stakeholders to ensure ad assets are optimized for performance and meet the needs of diverse global audiences.
- Manage paid media budgets and creative execution costs, including forecasting and reconciliation to ensure efficient allocation and ROI across markets.
- Lead day-to-day interactions with external agencies and partners, including delivery and management of paid media campaigns and calendar.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal cross-functional and geography teams to develop marketing plans that leverage paid channels in coordination with owned channel tactics.
- Establish and maintain global paid media and advertising creative guidelines, toolkits, and campaign playbooks.
- Define global program objectives, KPIs, and measurement methodologies to ensure consistency across markets.
- Ensure alignment between agency efforts and business objectives, holding partners accountable to KPIs and performance standards.
- Deliver detailed and actionable insights, strategic recommendations, allowing leadership to clearly understand what tactics and strategies are driving performance throughout the funnel.
- Structure a/b and multi-variate tests, using performance data to optimize ad creative and iterate on top-performing assets.
- Understand and communicate the incremental impact of advertising efforts on revenue, using data-driven methodologies such as lift studies, attribution models, or MMM.
- Build strong relationships with internal local geography experts, Brand, Revenue, and Lifecycle Marketing teams, as well as contractors, and external agencies to ensure consistent guest experiences, campaign alignment and consistency.
- Lead ongoing strategic roadmap for Global Paid Media and future team coaching and professional development.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth marketing — preferably in a global, multi-market context.
- Deep knowledge of paid media channels (search, social, display, video, programmatic) and how to evaluate media strategies across platforms.
- A passion for continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media
- Proven experience managing external media and/or creative agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in performance metrics, including revenue attribution, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and incrementality.
- Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs) or CRM systems to build actionable audience segments.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Must possess valid Passport and Driver’s License
