We launched from a bedroom in Mirabel, and today we’re building a movement of people who think differently and do things with energy and purpose.
Now, we're growing our team.
We’re looking for a bilingual person who’s creative, confident, and social media-savvy to help lead the charge for our English-speaking audience online.
Position: Social Media Content Creator (Anglophone)
Status: Part-time (10 to 15 hours/week to start)
Location: On-site in Mirabel, QC (must be available to travel)
Possibility of full-time: Yes, in the near future
What You’ll Do:
- Create and publish fun, engaging English content on TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Be the face and voice of Mind Blow Energy for the English-speaking market
- Film and be filmed – you’re comfortable in front of a camera
- Collaborate with our team on strategy, brainstorms, trends, and brand campaigns
- Stay on top of social trends, sounds, memes, and creative formats
- Participate in content days, brainstorm sessions, and community ideas
Who You Are:
- Creative, organized, and open-minded
- Comfortable filming content and showing up on camera
- Social media isn’t just a hobby — you understand TikTok/Instagram culture
- Bilingual
- Based near Mirabel and available to work on location weekly
- You love bringing ideas to life and having fun while doing it

- Créer et publier du contenu en anglais sur nos plateformes sociales (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Participer à la stratégie de contenu anglophone de la marque
- Être à l’aise devant la caméra pour filmer et être filmé
- Collaborer avec notre équipe marketing pour brainstormer, créer, et tester des idées fun et efficaces
- Rester à l’affût des tendances, sons viraux, et opportunités créatives
- Participer aux tournages, séances de création et initiatives locales
On cherche quelqu’un qui est :
- Créatif.ve, dynamique et débrouillard.e
- Organisé.e, autonome, et capable de gérer son temps
- À l’aise sur TikTok et Instagram (si tu scroll 1h par jour, c’est pas grave… c’est de la recherche )
- À l’aise devant et derrière une caméra
- Bilingue
- Basé(e) près de Mirabel et disponible pour se déplacer chaque semaine
