Job Description
- Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid preferred)
-Type: Contract (Full-time hours)
-Experience: 7+ years in QA | 4+ years in SAP SD OTC module
-Domain: Retail client experience preferred
We’re hiring a QA Analyst with strong experience in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and manual testing. The ideal candidate has worked closely with retail clients, understands end-to-end OTC flows, and has tested interfaces between SAP and other retail systems like POS, WMS, and CAR.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing of OTC flows in SAP SD (order processing, delivery, invoicing, returns)
- Execute test cases, defect tracking, and support UAT
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across modules
- Validate integrations with systems like Xstore POS, BY WMS, or SAP CAR (nice to have)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Demand Planning or SAP CAR
- Knowledge of Xstore or BY WMS
- Retail domain understanding (B2C customer flow, store ops, etc.)
