We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
- Support the stylist team with various tasks as needed to enhance operations.
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Previous customer service experience is required; ability to handle inquiries professionally is crucial.
