The Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to help expand Snake Lake Brewing Co.’s reach across Alberta. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with retail accounts, restaurants, and event partners while driving product visibility and sales growth.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of promoting our craft beer portfolio, executing sales strategies, and representing our brand at events and tastings. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated by results, enjoys connecting with people, and is excited to help grow a leading Alberta craft brewery.

What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership
- Identify and build relationships with potential and existing customers, including liquor stores, restaurants, pubs, and event venues.
- Actively manage customer accounts, providing consistent follow-ups and excellent service. Regional travel will be required.
- Present and sell our craft beer and beverage portfolio, including new product launches and seasonal offerings.
- Collaborate with our Sales Manager to execute sales strategies and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate and work promotional events, tastings, and in-store activations. Can include some evenings and weekends.
- Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Regularly update CRM tools with accurate sales activities and client information.
Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive base salary of $40,000- $50,000 plus performance-based incentives.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B sales (beverage industry experience is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for craft beer and knowledge of local market trends.
- ProServe Certification an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
