De Luca’s is a family-owned business with a long-standing tradition of quality, service, and a passion for food. We are currently seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at De Luca’s South Landing, our wholesale and foodservice distribution hub.
Territory:
This position will be responsible for growing and servicing accounts throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the foodservice, hospitality, and retail sectors
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Process orders and follow up on deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with our logistics and purchasing teams
- Attend trade events and support in-store promotions when required
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in foodservice or specialty foods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize travel across the territory
- Knowledge of specialty food products is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel within Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
