Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations:
- Conduct sales ordering appointments via Zoom, to present client portraits from their photo sessions.
- Guide clients through the process of selecting their favourite portraits and products.
- Product Knowledge and Recommendations:
- Provide expert advice on print options, wall art, and digital packages.
- Assist clients in creating custom orders that reflect their needs and preferences.
- Objection Handling and Closing Sales:
- Address client concerns or hesitations with empathy and professionalism.
- Confidently overcome objections to ensure client satisfaction and close sales.
- Administrative Support:
- Use tools like ProSelect, Google Suite, Slack, Go High Level and more to organize and manage client details.
- Accurately process orders and maintain client records.
- Customer Experience:
- Build rapport with clients to create a positive and memorable experience.
- Ensure a luxury-level service that aligns with our studio’s brand values.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales in a client-facing role.
- Experience in luxury retail or photography sales is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide clients through decisions and handle objections effectively.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Comfortable using tools like ProSelect, Zoom, Google Drive, and Go High Level (training available).
- Personal Attributes:
- Professional, personable, and motivated to exceed client expectations.
- A passion for creating meaningful client experiences.
- Photo industry knowledge an asset.
Expectations: Evenings and weekends PST time zone are require.
Tools required: Computer with 8gb of ram, 50 mpbs of internet speeds, noise cancelling headphones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
