Position Overview:
- Manage and supervise a team of sales agents
- Devise and execute strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Set and track progress towards weekly, monthly, and annual agent/team goals
- Conduct regular team meetings
- Recruit, conduct interviews with, and hire new agents
- Develop and implement agent training programs
- Maintain general office operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Oversee team calendar and event-planning efforts (i.e. open houses, client appreciation, community involvement)
- Undertake marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and generate leads
- Seek partnerships with local businesses to promote VIP loyalty program
- Provide executive assistance to team leader as needed
- Oversee administrative staff and provide support as needed
- Stay current on industry knowledge and pursue professional development opportunities
