Job Description
AECOM is hiring a Roadway Contract Administrator for our team to be based in either our offices in Markham, Mississauga, Toronto, Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie, North Bay, and Sudbury, ON .
This is a full time role expected to begin as soon as possible.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFI's and change orders.
- Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
- Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
- Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
- Monitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- University Degree in Civil Engineering + 2 years experience on MTO projects or College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology + 4 years experience on MTO projects
- OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required.
- Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with CMS
- Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $60,000.00 - $85,000.00.
