Our fast-paced environment creates constant challenges, ideal for driven problem solvers who are comfortable wearing multiple hats at once. Senior sales experience and helping to close sales are essential attributes. Prior jewellery experience is an asset but not a must, as we will be providing full brand and jewellery training.
You will be working with illustrious international brands as well as our own exclusive Rodan Collection designed and created in our own in-store workshop, along with loose diamond sales. You will also work closely with our workshop and design centre to get involved with, and oversee, custom designs, special orders, processing repairs and full jewellery services.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Outgoing personality and customer service focused
- Enjoys a leadership role in a team environment
- Retail, point-of-sale, administrative and coaching experience is required
- Jewellery knowledge and experience (or equivalent industry) preferred
Along with your resume and references, please include any restrictions in your weekly schedule/preferred work days/times. Weekends are our busiest days so leading your team on Saturdays and Sundays is an essential part of this position.
