SweetLegs is looking for a confident, detail-oriented Retail Lead to oversee our Kelowna storefront. This is your chance to take ownership of a vibrant retail environment for a Canadian brand that’s all about comfort, confidence, and community.
As our Retail Lead, you’ll bring energy and structure to the store. From merchandising and scheduling to coaching team members and managing inventory, you’ll play a key role in delivering a top-tier customer experience and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the SweetLegs retail store
- Deliver an inclusive, friendly, and upbeat customer experience
- Manage team scheduling, shift coverage, and onboarding of new stylists
- Own inventory flow: receiving shipments, stockroom organization, restocking
- Set up beautiful, on-brand product displays and visual merchandising
- Open and close the store confidently and independently
- Train and support part-time retail stylists, providing feedback and leadership
- Support Shopify POS operations and in-store promotions
- Ensure the store reflects the SweetLegs core values: Teamwork, Adaptability, Passion, and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or keyholder role
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude
- Experience with visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Love for fashion and clothing
- Ability to manage scheduling and team performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working independently and making store-level decisions
- Familiarity with Shopify POS or similar systems is a plus
- Available for full-time hours, including some evenings and weekend
